CAD design, 3D printing and technical documentation for machinery projects.

Direct support with 3D assemblies, production drawings, 3D printing, technical operating manuals and pneumatic circuit diagrams—project-based, remote across the DACH region or on site in the Landsberg–Augsburg–Munich area.

CAD Design & Machine Development CSWP-certified
01 / CONCEPT

From the problem to a robust concept.

Feasibility, functions and interfaces are clarified early—before details consume time and budget.

02 / DETAIL DESIGN

Manufacturing is integral to the design.

Assemblies, milled, turned and sheet-metal parts are developed with manufacturability, assembly and clean product data in mind.

02 SERVICES

From CAD through 3D printing to documentation.
One technical understanding.

Additional technical capacity without creating a permanent role: clearly defined work packages with one direct point of contact.

I bring together production-ready CAD design, 3D printing, technical operating manuals and pneumatic system planning. This keeps the technical intent consistent from the first model through the prototype to a structured handover.

03 COLLABORATION

A clear process.
No black box.

Four clear steps keep decisions, interfaces and deliverables transparent.

  1. 01

    Understand

The objective, available data, functions, interfaces and constraints are clearly defined.

  2. 02

    Develop

Concepts are assessed and translated into a robust 3D design.

  3. 03

    Review

Reviews cover functionality, manufacturability, assembly and documentation-related risks.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Models, drawings, bills of materials and documents are handed over in a structured, traceable format.

04 TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Documentation that makes machinery understandable.

Technical operating instructions, risk assessments and CE-related documentation—developed directly from the design work.

01 / STRUCTURE

Information follows the application.

Content is not merely collected; it is structured around operation, maintenance and safe use.

02 / SAFETY

Risks become visible and traceable.

Risk assessment and technical documentation work together, without constituting or replacing certification.

05 AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Technical depth,
applied in practice.

Experience across CAD design, machine development, technical documentation, pneumatics and CNC manufacturing—complemented by 3D printing for technical prototypes.

06 PROFIL

From the workpiece
to the complete system.

I am Manuel Lübeck, qualified as a State-Certified Mechanical Engineering Technician (German qualification: staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker, Bachelor Professional in Technik, DQR Level 6), with more than five years of experience in special-purpose machinery, CAD design, technical documentation and pneumatics.

My technical career began in machining. Today I develop complete machine assemblies, support them through to production release, and combine design with the corresponding technical documentation.

07 CLEAR ANSWERS

What matters before
we get started.

Which CAD systems do you work with?

My main tools are SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM. Exchange formats and integration into your existing data structure are agreed on a project-by-project basis.

Do you also create pneumatic circuit diagrams using FluidSIM?

Yes. I create pneumatic and electropneumatic circuit diagrams for machines and assemblies and prepare them clearly and traceably using FluidSIM.

What types of documentation can you support?

Technical operating instructions, risk assessments, CE-related documentation and technical product documentation—created from scratch, revised or added in a structured way.

Do you also take on clearly defined work packages?

Yes. The scope can range from a single assembly or the preparation of drawings to a coordinated design and documentation package.

What do you need for an initial assessment?

A brief description of the objective, the current status, any available data and the required deliverables. We can clarify open points in an initial technical consultation.

Which parts can you produce using 3D printing?

The focus is on 3D printing for prototypes, display models, fixtures and technical individual parts. The file, printing process, material, build volume, surface finish, tolerances and intended use are reviewed and agreed for each project before an order is placed.

Does a contract already come into effect through this website?

No. This website is provided solely for information and initial contact. A contract only comes into effect when an individual offer is accepted in text form.
