I produce prototypes, display models, fixtures and technical individual parts using 3D printing. The starting point can be your existing file or a CAD design developed together around the intended application.

Material, available build volume, surface finish, tolerances and suitability for the intended use are agreed individually for each project.

Feasibility and suitability
A good printed part starts with a clear application. Part geometry, orientation, layer structure, material and post-processing affect surface finish, dimensional accuracy and load capacity. These points are defined to the required level before production.
A 3D-printed part is not automatically suitable as a production, safety-critical or otherwise approval-relevant component. Testing, validation and final approval for the specific application follow the responsibilities agreed for the project.
Project sequence
- Clarify the requirement: Capture file, geometry, application, quantity and timeframe.
- Agree feasibility: Discuss build volume, material, surface finish, tolerances and open points.
- Prepare data: Review the customer file or develop the agreed CAD design.
- Produce and deliver: Print the parts and provide the agreed deliverables.
Qualifications
Manuel Lübeck is a State-Certified Mechanical Engineering Technician (German qualification: staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker, Bachelor Professional in Technik, DQR Level 6) and Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP), with more than five years of experience in machine development, CAD design, technical documentation and pneumatics.
Based in Scheuring near Landsberg am Lech, I work locally around Landsberg, Augsburg and Munich and remotely across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send an existing 3D file?
Yes. The file is reviewed for basic printability before the project starts. If modifications are required, their scope and the next steps are agreed in advance.
Can you also design the part?
Yes. If no printable model exists yet, CAD design can be combined with 3D printing as a separate service element.
Which materials and part sizes are available?
Material, build volume and geometry are reviewed for each project. Please send the file, dimensions and a short description of the intended use wherever possible.
Can you produce functional parts?
That depends on load, environment, geometry and the agreed requirements. Technical suitability and the validation required are considered for the specific application.
Can I request a one-off part or a small quantity?
Yes. Requests for individual parts and limited quantities are reviewed against the file, requirements and timeframe.
Combined delivery
3D printing can be combined directly with CAD design for machinery and assemblies. I can also support technical documentation and pneumatic circuit diagrams in FluidSIM.
